Arapahoe Basin announces that it will no longer partner with Vail for the Epic Pass, starting next year. Epic pass holders will be able to visit A-Basin for the rest of the 2019 ski season. However, next year, Arapahoe Basin will no longer be on the list of available resorts to Epic Pass holders. While up 26.4% from last January, there were still only 1,706 homes for sale on January 1, only a 1.6 month supply. This is a very low level, well below what is typically termed a normal market.
