According to the Gazette, Colorado Springs outranks Denver for hottest job market in the 3rd quarter. Colorado Springs ranked just ahead of Denver and five other cities at 28% but behind Charlotte, N.C.; Grand Rapids, Mich.; and Madison, Wis., which had the top three spots among the nation’s 100 largest metropolitan areas. If you haven’t already heard, red light cameras are being installed on several intersections throughout Colorado Springs. The first two that are already in effect are the intersections of: Lexington and Briargate Blvd Platte Avenue and Chelton Road Currently, violators are only being issued warnings. However, after May 9, tickets will be issued. The other two intersections which will see red light cameras later this year are: Dublin and Academy North Carefree and Academy Running red lights has been a major problem in Colorado Springs. St. Patrick’s Day Parade Come celebrate St. Paddy’s Day at the parade and festival in Downtown Colorado Springs!
