Meet at the Garden

10:00 AM or 2:00 PM

One of our community assets is The Trails Community Garden. It is available to all residents of the area, but was very little used this past year because of lack of communication from the management company that administers it. We will discuss some ideas to help the garden be a more effective asset to the neighborhood. Please come, invite a neighbor, and let’s get acquainted! If you can’t come, please give us a call or email me at vanwierenrick@gmail.com, and we’ll get you into the loop.

When residents purchased homes here in The Trails at Forest Meadows, the Community Garden was touted as a great neighborhood asset. While it got off to a pretty good start in 2018, Spring of 2019 saw a dramatic drop off in the number of people participating. Part of that was due to lack of information going out from the management company, and no information is provided at the garden site itself.
