If you haven’t already heard, red light cameras are being installed on several intersections throughout Colorado Springs. The first two that are already in effect are the intersections of: Lexington and Briargate Blvd Platte Avenue and Chelton Road Currently, violators are only being issued warnings. However, after May 9, tickets will be issued. The other two intersections which will see red light cameras later this year are: Dublin and Academy North Carefree and Academy Running red lights has been a major problem in Colorado Springs. St. Patrick’s Day Parade Come celebrate St. Paddy’s Day at the parade and festival in Downtown Colorado Springs! Epic Pass

Arapahoe Basin announces that it will no longer partner with Vail for the Epic Pass, starting next year. Epic pass holders will be able to visit A-Basin for the rest of the 2019 ski season. However, next year, Arapahoe Basin will no longer be on the list of available resorts to Epic Pass holders. The New Year for the Colorado Springs real estate market started with tight inventory conditions. While up 26.4% from last January, there were still only 1,706 homes for sale on January 1, only a 1.6 month supply. This is a very low level, well below what is typically termed a normal market.
