While sales have remained the same for June 2019 compared to June 2018, home prices are up again! The average sold price was up 3.87% and the median price was up 4.08%. Sold prices ranged from $296,000 to $449,000.
The average time on market was only 16 days, so just over 2 weeks until under contract! It is a great time to sell because you may have more equity than you think and homes are selling quickly!
