Real Estate Stats for Forest Meadows September 2020 show sales were up 40% at 14 homes sold! Plus, there are currently 10 homes pending sale as of October 1st. We have sold 117 homes year-to-date in Forest Meadows & The Trails.
The average price last month was $394,343 which is up 9.4%. The median price of $390,500 is up 11.1%.
Homes are still selling in average of 5 days, so less than 2 weeks! Homes sold in September ranged in price from $355,000 to $435,000 and the average home size was 2.900 square feet. The average selling price per sq. foot was $140.

Most notably, for the Pikes Peak Region as a whole, our inventory keeps shrinking. The inventory (or lack thereof) continues to break records, with only 992 homes in the entire Pikes Peak Region for sale as of October 1st. This equates to a 0.55 month supply or roughly 16 days– the lowest we have ever seen! If we only look at homes with a Colorado Springs mailing address, the number is even more shocking, at merely 541 homes for sale!
